Owner, Richard Fletcher and Head Chef, Tom Court have been working together for 10 years.

In that time Tom has built a dedicated team around him achieving first One AA Rosette and then a Two AA Rosette award in 2009 for our Restaurant. Sous Chef, Anthony has supported Tom for 8 years and is ably supported by Rob as Chef de Partie and Jordan and Ryan as Commis Chefs.

Food and Beverage Manager, Simon Ward and Restaurant Manager , Scott Dimmock have worked hard to deliver consistency, professionalism, a dedicated team and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
